The founding engineer is responsible for productizing the Slauth vision of simplifying and securing IAM in the cloud. A user-centric obsession is required as we want you to join user-calls and care about the problems they have. The position requires internal leadership decision making and external communication representing the face of the company. As a founding engineer, the role expands beyond departmental skills into supporting, enabling and leading the collective team.

⭐️ We’d love to talk to you if you have

• At least 3 years of engineering leadership experience as well as relevant hands-on experience
• Have experience creating and managing IAM policies, whether through manual processes or third-party solutions
• Experience in an early stage startup that deployed a product/service in market
